Discipline The Mind

A Template To Happiness.

What I mean by that is this — there are VERY particular, VERY specific reasons you feel the way you do while you’re stuck where you are. And there are very SPECIFIC, PARTICULAR ways to remove the blocks to your happiness.

It’s all in the way you currently think.

It’s in the way you THINK.

What I’m asking my Father in Heaven for is the clearest, simplest, most basic examples that will convey the truth to you that is already inside you.

Okay… let’s start with this elementary example:

Is it the frame of the car or the engine of the car that makes the car go?

It’s the engine, right?

The engine is what MOVES that car — it determines how fast it can go.

That engine is your soul.
This body is your frame.

That’s the "truth".

Who you think you are is just like a car. If you look at a car from the outside, you have no idea what kind of insides it has. That could be one of the fastest cars you’ve ever seen — and it doesn’t have to look beautiful on the outside.

On the contrary, you could make a car that looks incredible on the outside but is a piece of junk on the inside. It’ll break down quickly.

So, with that being said — the inside is the real power. It’s the "TRUTH".

The outside is the symbol of the truth.

Now, symbols are not all created equally.

Bad symbols — or unclear symbols — don’t clearly convey to the observer the truth of the matter.

Good symbols are clear. They DO show the inside clearly.

Now, what many “spiritualists” try to do — especially on the internet, YouTube, and all that — is they try to perceive the truth. They look at it, and then they pick the symbols of truth and start to wear them… while they themselves are not true.

And this is what we have today.

Whereas the people who are in truth — their external might not look like what you think it should look like. But for those of us who are teachers, we present in a way that helps others see the truth we carry inside.

So here’s what I mean: if you are the real deal — if you truly want to help people — the way to help them is to make your outside reflect your inside.

If you are an amazing, beautiful, powerful person, then you should create amazing, beautiful, powerful external circumstances so people can easily see that.

That’s the job.
That’s the goal.

If people are already drawn to certain symbols that direct them toward truth — like the Bible pointing to Christ-consciousness, or the Bhagavad Gita pointing to Krishna-consciousness, or the Tao Te Ching pointing to the Dao within — all of these are symbols.

So I can use those symbols to direct people to the truth that is already in them.

If I am the manifestation — or the embodiment — of the truth I’m talking about, then I should be able to see myself in every symbol.

If I’ve really attained self-realization, I’ll recognize the path toward self-realization everywhere — because I am self-realized.

You don’t need a degree to realize yourself.
You just need to have realized yourself.

Now, you may not be able to hold the frequency totally — that’s okay.

This is where discipline comes in.

Discipline is required to make the external world submit to who you recognize yourself to be inside.

Make your physical body submit to who you are internally.

That’s the work — to make the animal submit to the truth.

This requires discipline.

If you don’t have discipline, you can’t tame the animal that just wants to follow its cravings. You’ll be controlled by desire — the wild desires of the world — and you won’t be able to attain who you really are.

It’s impossible to live in truth while chasing cravings.

So let’s talk about discipline.

Discipline is making yourself do something every single day — no matter how you feel.

It’s making yourself do a conscious activity every day, no matter what your emotions are doing.

Now, what are the things you should make yourself do?

Number one: Read books.
It doesn’t matter if you want to or not.

I’m telling you — I have a distinct advantage over people who don’t read books.

Anyone who reads books has a distinct advantage over those who don’t.

Because when I read, I’m working with the intelligence of people who are smarter than me. Even if I’m not smarter than you — if I’ve read someone smarter than you — I now am smarter than you, because I’ve lived the life of someone smarter than you.

You’re at a distinct disadvantage to me in anything we do.

And that’s why successful people are successful — not because of talent.

There are many talented people — incredibly intelligent people — and that’s often their downfall, because they have a stake in proving they’re the smartest.

When you’re truly intelligent, you don’t care about proving that.

If you’re the smartest, great — use it.
If you’re the most talented, great — use it.
But if you’re not, that’s not the goal.

You want what you want.

There’s no competition in this world — competition is fabricated.

Competition is a created illusion made up by low-level thinkers, or by people who want to manipulate and control you.

The people getting you to compete — they’re not competing. They’re creating monopolies.

Whether they call it that or not, they are monopolizing while encouraging you to compete.

So the goal is not to compete — it’s to monopolize.

In the spiritual world, a monopoly means: you have yourself.

You are the only one who owns you.

No one else owns this being you are.

So take full possession of it and use it to your total advantage.

That’s the real monopoly.

Now, back to discipline.

Reading books is a discipline.

Second: Listening to audios.

Listening to audios like this will literally change your brain chemistry.

When you don’t feel like listening — listen anyway.

It doesn’t matter how you feel.

Make yourself do it.

Because if you don’t, you’ll never be on the same level as those who do.

You’ll never be able to create at the same level as the person who feeds their mind daily.

Third: Associate with people who are smarter than you — people who are beyond you.

If you’re associating with people who don’t read, who don’t listen, who have no goals — then of course you won’t either.

And you might not realize it, but yes — I’m talking about your family.

I’m talking about the people in your house.

You need to consider every person you’re around as a factor in your thinking.

Ask yourself: Do I want to think like this person?

If not, you need to change your environment — or your life will stay the same.

Next: Recognition and celebration.

You need to get recognized for your accomplishments — and celebrate others’ accomplishments too.

If you don’t celebrate others, you won’t be celebrated.

You’ll block your own blessings.

You’ll hold yourself back because you’re thinking in limitation and lack.

You have to actively celebrate others.
Appreciate them.
Blast good energy toward them when they win.

If you can’t do that, you’ll never be on the same level as those who can.

And finally — attend major functions.

“Oh, it’s too far.”
“I’ve got to pack up the kids.”
“I’ve got too much to do.”

Okay — do it anyway.

People who consistently show up to major events — they outlast and outperform everyone else.

If you’re not physically where the people are — where the energy is — but others are… you’re at a disadvantage.

Now, how do you make yourself do all this?

You’ll have as much discipline as your desire is strong.

If you can’t make yourself do what you want to do, it’s because your desire is weak.

Those who have strong desires have incredible discipline.

So in conclusion — discipline is forcing yourself to do the right things consistently over a long enough period of time.

The right things come from observing people who already have what you want.

Watch them.
Study them.
Model them.

Consistently means every day.

You don’t miss a day of reading.
You don’t miss a day of writing.
You don’t miss a day of prioritizing or activity.

Every day.

If you’re not doing it every day — your goal is to work your way up to that.

Because until you do, you’re at a distinct disadvantage.

And you cannot compete — or better yet, monopolize — even yourself.
